Why can’t I just pay once and keep the program?

We don’t restrict upgrades so what you pay for today will be made better tomorrow. We continually improve the software and want you to have the best experience possible.

What is considered a “user”?

A user is any person you would like to have the ability to create events in Social Tables. Each user can be given different levels of access to the team account.

Can I cancel at any time?

Customers paying monthly can cancel at any time.

How do I benefit from Unlimited Support Access?

When you sign up for an Enterprise plan, your team will get priority access to support via email, phone, and live online chat. Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will provide training, account setup and continued education. We are by your side from the start.

What if I only plan a few events a year?

Our monthly plans are perfect to pay as you go and use when you are in your peak planning season.
