How do I benefit from an Account Manager?
Your Account Manager will provide initial training and continuing support for your team. Your team has priority access to support via email, phone, and live online chat.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A “USER”?
A user is any person you would like to have the ability to create events in Social Tables. Each user can be given different levels of access to the team account.
Why can’t I just pay once and keep the program?
We don’t restrict upgrades so what you pay for today will be made better tomorrow. We continually improve the software and want you to have the best experience possible.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Customers paying monthly can cancel at anytime.
What if I only plan a few events a year?
Our monthly plans are perfect to pay as you go and use when you are in your peak planning season.
